This project was an attempt to encourage children (and adults alike) to broaden their vocabulary, to learn extremely useful but very unused words in the English language as well as put a friendly face on words that may otherwise seem intimidating.
Each page include a word, the pronunciation of the word, the origins, the definition and an example of the word in a sentence.
The books are printed on linen paper to create a pleasant texture to the touch. The covers of the books are silk-screened on canvas which makes the books overall extremely durable.
